Linking Service Innovation to Organisational Performance

Banks are leveraging on innovation to address the major concerns of their employees including improvements in service delivery, operational efficiency, and enhancing speed transactions. The purpose for this study was explore mediating role job performance satisfaction relationship between organisational performance. Data obtained from 250 bank Ghana through structured questionnaire. PLS-SEM main analytical tool used analyse research findings. Findings revealed a positive significant organizational Additionally, that employee productivity positively influence further mediation possibility implications as well theoretical contributions discussed.
